InnerU, operated by Valenin, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the InnerU mobile app.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account, profile, and health and wellness activity data for as long as your account remains active, so that we can provide the app's tracking, coaching, and history features. We do not keep this data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- If you delete your account, or request that we delete it, we permanently delete your account record and associated activity data (such as profile details, journal and mood entries, exercise, fasting, calorie, sleep, and goal data) from our production systems right away as part of that request.
- Copies of data may briefly persist in encrypted backups after deletion until those backups are rotated out in the ordinary course, after which they are purged.
- Device, diagnostic, and crash data collected through third-party crash reporting is retained by that provider under its own standard retention window before it is deleted.
- We may retain limited information longer than the periods above where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud and abuse, and we delete or anonymize it once those purposes no longer apply.
Your Choices
- You may update certain profile information inside the app.
- You may disable permissions such as location, camera, or notifications in your device settings.
- You may contact us to request account or data deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements, as described above under Data Retention.
Children's Privacy
InnerU is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
